Blocked Login - Azure steps to resolve the issue
The following goes through the very specific fix to a “Sorry, the organization you are trying to access restricts at-risk users. Please contact your Twin Eagle admin.”

Notes: Do not perform these steps blindly. First, validate that the website the user is trying to access is VALID from a security standpoint. IE How did the user get requested to access the site etc. In normal Twin Eagle day to day being on this list doesn’t preclude access and is not cleared during the normal course of business. The risky sign in can be triggered in a variety of ways such as logging in from other countries etc.
Steps to Resolve:
- Login into Azure Porta “Portal.azure.com”
- Search for “Risky Users”

- Find user in the list
- Click their name
- Click “Confirm user safe”
