A/V Checklist
Checklist on days such as DYP/Townhall
- Check Eagle and Sycamore Conference Room:
- Test ClickShare
- Do a Teams call
- Does Audio come out of speakers?
- Does Mic work from the room?
- Check Huddle rooms:
- Test ClickShare
- Does it display on screen?
- Test handheld and wireless microphones at lounge area
- Devices should match channel and group on the Shure receiver
- A1 will always be receiver in the ceiling
- ALWAYS put in new batteries for that day
- Test handheld and wireless while walking around the office for feedback loop
- Test A/V for lounge area (output should be LINE-MG)
- Does laptop display to all TVs?
- Does music come out of the speaker?
- Do a Teams call and test if microphones can be heard from speakers and in Teams call simultaneously
- Test is powerpoint/pdf displays on the TVs and Teams screen share simultaneously
- If using an external camera
- Make sure SD card is wiped
- Test if camera is showing in Teams call as well
- Set up camera zone for presenter
- To keep camera on click on red record button on camera to keep it on
- MISC:
- Check shaders
- Make sure all 6 cable boxes are working properly
- Make sure all M&K are working at stations
- Clean up any stations we use in case of full-house
- Grab podium from swag closet
- PRESS RECORD ON TEAMS!
Ask Katie or whomever necessary for Powerpoint/PDF beforehand to set up
We always use TempIT01 account and join the meeting invite (there is tempit01-06)
