FedEx Shipping

Domestic Shipping
- Go to FedEx website and login with our Twin Eagle FedEx Account
- ACCOUNT NUMBER - 280178837
  1. Username: termhelpdesk
  2. Password: (Keeper Vault)
- Go to Shipping > Create a Shipment
- Fill out the shipment page with the intended recipients information
- Fill out the dimension on the box (Note: If you would like to put a declared value please check the box for "Purchase a higher limit of liability from FedEx". Not necessary)
- On the next page should be the rates and est. delivery date. Choose what is needed
- Next page Service Options, we usually click Signature Options > Direct Signature Required(This is primarily for us to CYA)
  1. If needed, the option to print a return label is available as well
- Next page, choose either pickup or drop-off at a FedEx Shipping Location
- Click through the next 2 pages for Notification Method and Billing Details
- Finally, print the labels and put on the package to ship
International Shipping:
- Take to FedEx and they will fill out all information for you. Will just need account number (280178837)
