Citrix ShareFile - Client Install Guide

Purpose

The goal of this guide is to walk you through the steps of installing the Citrix ShareFile Client, called the Citrix Files for Windows, onto employee PCs.

Steps

1. Go to \\Hounas\Software\Citrix\ShareFile\

2. Run "CitrixFilesForWindows" (Use what ever the current version is.)

3. Accept defaults

4. Once completed the login will show

5. Type in twineagle into the blank and click continue

6. At this screen click "Sign in with my company credentials"

7. At the DUO SSO Prompt enter your email and standard network password

8. Finish DUO Prompts

9. Click continue until it is done.

The client is now installed. You should see the "S" icon in the system tray and "Citrix Files" in your File explorer.
